We believe it is important to measure employee understanding of the brand and their willingness and ability to use the brand in their-day-to-day work. These measurements should be replicated also externally. The rationale for encouraging motivation at work is the delivery of value to customers and the safeguarding of future cash flows by building bonds between the organization and its stakeholders.
